Good day. I went to the MTN store at lake side mall about a month or 2 ago to migrate to a higher package and the lady gave me some forms and asked me to sign and I will be notified via sms if it was successful . 03.09.2013 I went back to the same shop to migrate back to my original package because I took up a my call 200 package which comes with another phone and would work out better than me paying and extra 300 . The lady told me the system doesn't allow her and I should call MTN. I called 808 and they told me the person that changed my package should have explained to me about the 3 month terms. I called the shop to get them to change me back and the Manager clearly isn't clued up with the system and terms of migrating and told me she apologies for her incompetent stuff but unfortunately they cannot change me back. Now I'm on the verge of cancelling the 2 new contracts I've signed up because MTN employ people but doesn't give them training on their products. All I want is to go back to my original package. Siphiwe Dlamini told me that I will have to pay around R1200 to change back which is unacceptable because of incompetent MTN stuff I have to suffer.
