I wanted to put a cap onto my data package as i seem to be constantly going over the 2GB volume and the out of bundle rates are seemingly astronomical.
I called the call centre and the woman i spoke to told me that i cannot cap this at 2GB, i asked to speak to her superior to have this sorted out and i was still told NO, YOU CANNOT PUT A CAP ON YOUR INTERNET..
THIS PACKAGE WAS SOLD TO ME AS A 2GB PACKAGE FOR R119 P/M BUT MY BILLS ARE WELL OVER R1000!!
I was told that I can migrate to another package where I will be able to cap usage, but I don't believe that I was EVER told that i have taken out a contract for a LIMITLESS DATA package that will cost an arm AND a leg... if I was, I would NEVER have taken this contract out...
I want pay R119/pm for the 2GB and R39 for the phone, AND NO MORE!!!
Your website is a joke, have you tested the CAPTCHA?? text AND audio?? WOW, The audio take the cake...
