I recently upgrade in store 3 December 2013, I was told the phone package (BB Z10) I upgraded to was currently out of stock and I would receive it at latest on 9 December 2013. I phoned on 9 December and was told the phone would be available the next day. To my surprise when I called the following afternoon I was told they are now not sure when my phone will arrive. This is totally unacceptable and very unprofessional.
