Bad attitude and unlawful billing

I have an account with afrihost. I went to go see them at their office two weeks ago to change banking details. They were not able to help me. They miss lead me by giving me wrong information based on the packages I have with them.

I manually made a payment of R300 to them knowing they have the incorrect banking details they didn't want to change.

They billed me R204 for the service and R50 reconnection fee. Now they want to charge me R400 they say the penalty fee has gone up to R200

Since there are penalties on this service why don't we as client charge them down time when their servers fail? which happens often.
