MTN DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR CONTRACT CUSTOMERS

I am for about 14 years a loyal customer of MTN with the same number (first 12 years consecutive 2 year contracts), a small while Prepaid with the same number and now again a new 2 year contract on the same number.
On 19 September 2013 I logged an official request at the 808 MTN Helpdesk to have a R35 ~ 100 SMS, SMS Bundle, loaded onto my contract.
I was told to wait and after about 8 days when I enquired about progress there was still some or other technical gremlin.
This is the official way in which a contract client has to get a SMS bundle. Now on 10 December 2013 it is still not active on my Account.
I think MTN is doing this on purpose by stalling the activation of the SMS Bundle (something that could be done in the past within a few hours on the same day) to get more money from me by paying the full sum of individual SMS's instead of the lower amount on a SMS Bundle.
A SMS Bundle on my contract is not something special but an official facility available to Contract Customers.
Really if MTN do not care about me as a loyal customer, or alternatively if their admin. systems have become so bad lately, what must loyal customer else do than go the Competition? 10/12/2013 REQ3021
