Telkom apparently upgrade all ADSL lines during the month of November, in which case I upgraded my internet package from a 2 meg to a 4 meg. yet I'm still receiving the 2 meg speed. sometimes I reach a 2.9 on speed. my service provider told me that Telkom has to reset my port because everything is fine on there side. I've been trying for last 3 days to get hold of Telkom so that they can do this for me. last night on the 9th of December I finally went in to Telkom Direct in Canal Walk to see if they can reset it for me. Lets just say the assistant was in no mood to help and gave me a number to call, which I did this morning the 10th of December at 8 am I was on hold for an hour while no one picked up the phone. Once again Telkom has showen me how poorly they care for customer service.
