I logged a call with Telkom in March, reference number 765CWK120313. I upgraded my DSL speed to 2 Mb earlier this year, but very seldom get even close to 1 Mb. I've tried different DSL routers, etc., but the result stays the same. To date I must've phoned Telkom close to 15 times - almost every time they ask me to reset the router or hang on while they do a software reset on their side - this never worked. Then they tell me the call will be escalated for immediate attention and someone will phone me back the next day - this haven't happened once.
To date, almost 6 months later, my DSL speed is still - 0.5 Mb while I pay for 2 Mb. My worst customer experience ever!!
