Reported my phone on 13 Jan and filled for insurance on 16 Jan. They told me it would take up to 7 working days and that I may have it by the 18th. They told me I should wait for them to phone me. They have not contacted me at all yet and when anyone tries to contact the insurance department, they don't answer! Even the Cell C staff themselves were unable to get through to them! This is unacceptable! It has been over two weeks now and I am still left without a cellphone!
