Both my cellc smartphone internet and my cellc 3G computer internet are only providing EDGE reception at my home address (Newlands, Cape Town). I've had optimum internet reception for at least 3 years at this address, but for the last week have only been able to pick up EDGE on both devices.
I really enjoy the quality of service cellc has provided in the past and do not want to have to change to another (usually overpriced) South African network. I would therefore greatly appreciate it if this matter could be resolved and the usual HSPDA and 3G network speeds be returned as this is getting rather frustrating!
I have sent this query to Cell C, but haven't received a reply in 24 hours.
