Yesterday I waited to get my upgrade first thing in the morning, as I had already had a nightmare at MTN Sandton the day before. After the Balfour shop was opened late, I thought I had great service from Tohriq. He had the phone I wanted but they had run out of micro sims. He assure me they would be in by Tues the latest which was fine as I didnt have time to go in today. In the meantime they had cancelled my BIS on my BB so I'm without internet, bbm and email which I use for work. I called him today as he gave me his cell number to check the stock of sim and he blabbered off that maybe they would be there Wed. While Im telling him thats not acceptable and I need it tomorrow as promised, he says goodbye and puts the phone down. I tried him again later and he didnt answer. I sent him and sms asking if I could collect the sim from Norwood Mall and got no reply. Why sell a phone with no sim then?? I am tempted to cancel the whole thing and go to Vodacom
