Ude customer service from Lerato from the cancell

Walked into a virgin mobile store in Menlyn and asked to speak to someone from the cancellations department I made a payment arrangement with her and then I asked her to give me a reference number or some sort of proof of our conversation and she refused. She said someone els will contact me with that proof..I told her to email me stating that she spoke to me and someone will send me the letter and still she refused and hung up on me. This is buy far the worst customer service I have ever come across..that Lerato girl. I asked the manager from the Menlyn store Susan Marutla for her surname and she said she does know it. Never felt so disrespected and insulted buy someone who is suppose to be giving great srrvice. Why Virgin Mobile would hire such an incompetent rude person is beyond me. My issue is still not resolved.
