After laying a complaint of my R13000 bill in process. I lodged a complain. Many phone calls and store visits. The money is been deducted from my account after I have made it clear that they have to put it on hold while investigated.. Still no invoice nor statement nor the itemized billing as requested. What is the use of a help line or a customer service centre and the costumer get no help! Just a note if someones bill is normally R2500 why suddenly will it be R13000
Please wake up and respond and don't ask me to do a customer survey as Iam honestly not going to about the bad service
