I was just (14:42, 07 Aug 2013) called from a "Virgin Mobile" callcentre, asking to speak to my wife. Their number showed as 31 327 8101, and they had the wrong spelling for both my wifes name and surname. When I asked the operator where they had obtained the number from, and to please remove it from their database, she confirmed that it will be done. When I asked for a reference number, she said she would have to call a manager. I could hear her speaking to the manager in the background. And then the phone was disconnected. As I was sitting in the office throughout I doubt that loss of signal was the cause... Definitely not going to recommend Virgin Mobile to anyone if this is how they start, nevermind maintain their customer service.
