On checking my account information i found that even tho i had upgrade from a 2 gig tab contract to a 5 gig WiFi contract, i am still only getting 2 gigs of data. I reported this at Tygervalley branch, they told me it was correct on the accounts side but not on the network side. i was also told it would take 24 hrs to resolve, it has now been 2 weeks. I have called into both customer care and the branch after making the report, the feedback is (The issue is sitting with the technicians). To be honest I am blown away at how long it is taking to correct a minor issue, I have had been with MTN for a few years and if this is how you drag your feet i wont be renewing my contract.
