Last week I aplied for a new contract online. I never received any feedback. Okay fine, then I mailed the "customer careline" just to say that would like some feedback on the application.
I receive an email back from someone saying they're sorry for the delay. I must contact MTN's sales department.
Usually I get hounded by MTN's call centres and sales staff offering me all kinds of contracts and promotions. The answer is always no, but at least I have the common decency to be poilte and respectful about it!!
But MTN apparently not. NO ONE calls me, not even after I email their so called customer care. No, I must call the call centre myself. What knd of a customer care is that?!
But nevertheless, I called. Only to be helped by a rude and abrupt staff member. She had absolutely ZERO interest in helping me. When I said I hadn't recieved any feedback on my application for a tablet she said "That's probably because there's no stock"
She didn't offer to help or anything, that was the end of the call. Her telling me I must either wait or go to a store to buy it myself.
