NO ANSWER NO HELP

My contract services were suspended and i tried calling the Clearwater branchs with no answer as well as with the Westgate branch. i tried calling 808 and go tput on hold. i called head office at 011 768 0314 only to be told very rudely by the lady who answered that i HAVE TO PHONE 808 and wait then got hung up on! i called 808 again and was on hold for 22minutes. Finally i got through to a lady by the name of Lerato who wasnt much help either. all she said was that i owe them money and i have to pay... i dont think that this is the way that customers should be treated and i will move to another service provider when my contract is up as i have never recieved this kind of service before and NEVER will i recommend MTN to anybody as i have had problems from the beginning with them
