I applied for a new MTN uncapped modem on wednesday 26 Feb 2013, as i am a new customer i had to fill out all the vorms and wait 48hours for approval, when i called on friday nothing was done and i didnt get any feedback, the lady that helped me first didnt give me all the documents to sign and i had to sign again, as she was not in i got assistance from Mpho who wasnt really interested in helping me, i asked to speak to the manager but he wasnt in at that stage, i spoke to "second in charge" Vuyo who said he will send it through as urgent and ill get an answer the same day, i called several times but did not get through as they dont answer their calls, eventually he answered and said that its still at head office and it will be done first thing in the morning, now waiting 4days already and still no answer because of bad slow respons! i then told them to cancel it as its ridiculous to wait so long, i have never seen such BAD AND PATHETIC SERVICE FROM ANY OTHER PLACE LIKE MTN. it is rediculous and i wont tell anyone to get anything from MTN as they give their clients the worst service ever, THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME
