Really bad service

I was contacted by Vodacom on the 5th of November (one of my contracts was due for an upgrade) I was told that because I'm ordering it through the call centre that there will be no admin or connection fee and they will send me the sim card for the sim swap free of charge. How can you say no to that? The Lady that phoned me name is Bonny and after not receiving the pone more than a week later. I couldn't get hold of here again. So the order was replaced and one more week went by. NO Phone. The order was placed on hold even doe there was stock. I finally got the phone on the 26th of November. With out any notice I got charged R158.00 admin fees. So once more I phoned Vodacom this time I spoke to Mamello and she was kind another to log a dispute fore me. I asked for a reference number. She said the reference number will be sms to me once the dispute was logged. That never happened.
