Still waiting for my contract to be activated

On 2nd Jan 2013 I applied for a mobile contract at MTN Rosebank in The Mall. One of the "sales consultant" Raeesah promised I would have the phone by latest weekend. A week and a half later there was no phone and when I went into to inquire I was told by her colleague that it was ordered from another shop and she was still waiting for it. All the time she never called me to give feedback. On the 19th she calls to say the phone has arrived and it needs to be activated by Sunday 20th since the shop would be closing for renovations. I was porting from Vodacom and there were problems with the port. So the activation did not happen. I told her I would come get my personal info so I could go to another branch and she insisted that she keep it and by Monday she'll start the process at another branch and I should have the phone by the end of the week. Tomorrow it's Feb, no phone, no response from Raeesah (she doesn't pick up or return my calls)! I was patient all along because MTN was the only one with stock for S2. I've decided I will get a contract with another provider but I just think the service from this woman was beyond bad. As someone who has MTN shares, she's killing the margins!
