Poor service and no feedback or delivery of phone!

I went to the Northgate branch on Monday to initiate a contract for my spouse, against my better judgement to not take a Cell C contract.

I was given the Sim and told that the number would take 9 hours to port but could not take the phone and I would need to come back to fetch the phone. Went back yesterday and my phone was given to another customer even though it was put aside with my ID number on it.

Then I was told that the contract has not been activated & I needed to come back to the branch (no stock).

This after waiting an hour in the branch. After announcing my displeasure, I was promised that the phone would be delivered to me at work & everything would be resolved.

I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING YET!!! CANCEL THE DEAL ASAP AND GIVE ME CONFIRMATION IN WRITING THAT IT HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

The branch seems to be run so poorly and many other potential customers just walked out.

A customer was even ignored while a salesperson decided to give attention to a lady on the other side of the counter which was not even his client but they were other people in the queue waiting for the same amount of time I had been waiting.
