Last week, telkom mobile called me to book time with a technician to try and resolve my issue with the dropped signal. This afternoon a gentlemen by the name of Rudene Brink shows up at my office in Rosebank, on time and listens to my issues/troubles, he advised me accordingly and gave further detailed advice on how to better the services... this guy in my opinion is a great example of service excellence, Thank you Rudene, thank you [Email Removed] much appreciated the service!
