After logging a fault with Telkom in August 2013 (Not the first) Telkom still have not fixed the problem. When you phone to follow up on the fault, they let you hold on for an hour, then cut you off. If you ask to speak to a supervisor, they put you on mute and then cut you off, or let you hold on for extended periods of time.
To date our line has not been fixed. We are paying for a service which we are not getting. This is a business line which is supposed to have priority. At the moment I have been holding on to speak to a supervisor for 30 minutes.
