I just wish to thank Telkom Mobile for their pathetic service, It is now clear to me to move to CellC, in July I complain that my signal just went gone. I complained about for a month or two so I had to ask someone in the complex if my router could be in their place. This is now December and still no signal where I had the signal from January 2013 to end June 2013.
They even send a technician out to see the fault but they are useless he said that he does not do mobile work, they send me forms where i must put in gps location so i did. still no progress.
It is for me unacceptable to leve my stuff in someone's else's place. telkom do not feel the same!! so i am proud to say that i will not be renewing i wil go CellC where i were, they even give more GIGS.
