Hi, my blackberry9790 still on contrtact 2nd yr warranty, the battery did not last long and rebooted continously after a while of using it, the 14th nov i took it into canalwalk branch for repairs, i received sms it was booked in and the following day a sms its been sent to the advanced repair centre.after they recived it the last update i got my phone was being assesst.on the 6th dec i phoned the CW branch for an update.i called thrice that day for proper info, someone was suppose to call me back but never did, eventually a lady told me i can pay 2900 for a replacement or my phone wil b sent back in the same condition, i then called back to ask what the prob is with my phone she then sed my phone has liquid damage, i dont believe my phone has water damage, i know when they see any trace of water damage they will not send it to advance repair an should contact me immediatly.my upgrade is due jan, i feel like cheated me, my niece has the very same prob as mine an hers was sorted? this hole situation does not make sence to me, i hope they can make me a happy customer again an not lose a loyal customer, im very dissappointed in vodacom
