I am a previous employee of MTN SP who left the company in 2010. My staff account was NEVER DE-activated. I recently discovered that debit orders are being debited from my bank account plus a R 7.15 bank charges fee as well each time. I went to your service center in Brooklyn square and I was told that an itemized billing fee was added to this account and that is where the charges are coming from.. They told me that they will request this account to be closed completely and a credit requestb to be done. I need this account to be closed and all monies debited the last few months, to credited to my bank account... Please assist. Thanks
