8ta inkompotant to do their work!

I had an 8ta internet account, and then opened an cellphone contract as well. when i did the cellphone contract they say that they will have to stop the internet as the contract ends, well this is exactly what I wanted. so I was happy. Now ever since, they keep on billing me for the 8ta contract every month. I have been to them more than 3 times to correct the problem. every time they say ok NOW it is fixed and only my cellphone account will go of, come the next month again they deduct payment from 8ta. The last time I went to them, They even gave me a letter stating that the problem now is sorted, still this month they again try to deduct the 8ta money from my account. Now they fretting to suspends my service!! This is . 1st off all I never renewed my 8ta contract with them, Never sign for renewal, so as from date of that 8ta contract ended, is not my responsibility, I have not signed for a new contract from 8ta. The latest is now that I owe them R1700, my phone bill is for R450 and I pay it every month, the rest is the cancelled 8ta contract that they can not sort out. And it is such a simple procedure. never send us invoices as well. Please can you help? (Case Number-7132114
