Good day I took out a cellphone contract with Mobile for U, 7 years ago. On their contract you can CLEARLY tick for 24 months contract or month to month. I took the option of month to month and send back my contract to them via email. I gave them a months notice saying I am cancelling the contract and now they keep on billing / harassing and sms me for an outstanding amount. They even have an attorney harassing me, JM Attorneys.
