I applied for a cellphone Contract at Mooiriver Mall MTN in Potchefstroom. Waited for 5 days and nobody called me back to say that the contract has been approved. NOW MTN is billing me for a Cellphone that I never recieved or signed for. I ONLY APPLIED FOR THE CONTRACT!!! and never signed release papers to say that I am going to take the cellphone. They never even Contacted me to tell me that the contract has been approved. In my eyes this is!!!
After speaking to the manager, he just informed me that I should go to the bank and cancel the debit order. But now MTN HAS ISSUES A CONTRACT THAT I NEVER SIGNED FOR and making their problem, my PROBLEM...
Im GOING TO open a case of at the police station right now.
How can MTN bill me for a CELLPHONE that I dont even have???
