My cellphone month to month contract was cancelled after a very long battle. After the last payment i was surprised to see money withdrawn out of my account again and i was charged R768, 78 for a penalty to cancel this month to month contract. Telkom illegally withdrew this money resulting in me not making my commitments to other stop orders that have gone of and having to pay bank penalty fees of R180. I've been told by the call centre that this is not their problem and no one can give me a firm date or even when i will be refunded. It seems that the services rendered by telkom mobile is atrocious but to top it off no one cares.
