After numerous calls (with first official log being on the 3rd of Dec), the airtime on the Top-up 200 package has STILL not been loaded. Subsequently have spoken to team leaders who have indicated that they will escalate it to the relevant teams to load the airtime, but as yet we still don't have airtime.
Have asked if there is a complaints line which might be able to assist but there is none, leaving me frustrated by the service levels and lack of communication.
