7 days ago I complained n yet received no answers, how much longer will this take?! The original complain started 10 weeks ago n obviously got worse. I am paying the bills but yet I am paying for a pathetic service as well as paying without having a device or sim card, hence wasting monies n losing out on a monthly BIS! Would you like to pay 4 something u do not have? why include a free service if it is wasted or being used by a? Would U b that crazy. All I have been asking is to speak to someone who has the authority to immediately answer me n tell me where I stand so that I don't upset myself n break down every time I have to re-explain myself n then my call gets logged n then no feedback, so I have logged the same complain several times, a million times! I have told the same story over n over 100 times yet no response but my account is being debited! I just called again n now they offline... How convenient I am paying for CLI but nothing ever shows, my settings r correct O well Vodacom has turned from the greatest into the worst service provider in just a few months, no compassion, no care, they will debit your account even if u have nothing u paying for... My account died
