Went to East gate repairs branch & was send from piller 2 post none of da consultants actually knew wht they were doing, they were so unprofessional & failed 2 answer any important questions i had 4 them I spent almost an hour in their branch bt still could not receive the help I so desparately needed. I pay almost R400 every month 4 my contract but they cannot take in my phone for repairs because they need proof of purchase "slip" I mean I bought the phone over a year ago. Why didn't they tell me about the requirements when I phoned the vodacom customer line or when I went to their East rand mall branch before they sent me to East gate. I waisted my time, energy & petrol for this horrible service. I regret porting over to vodacom worst decision I have ever taken. My phone always has a flat battery it needs to be on charge 24/7 and it freezes all the time not forgeting the slowest response I always get when I log into the internet but Vodacom won't take it in for repairs because they want the slip. I'm as good as a person who doesn't have a phone at all. I'm beyond right now. Now I must go back to where I bought the phone & ask them for the slip 'what the ' r they crazy
