Iam unhappy custome

I bought a samsung 2 at South gate 8ta within 6 months i had a problem with my phone that when i received calls the call identity is not show and cut calls while speaking and also the speaker on my phone is not write i then call south-gate 8ta told them about my problem, I was told that i must bring my slip with, one consultant told me that they are unfortunately cannot help me as i do not have a slip and i had 24 months contract with 8ta i told her i do not where is my slip due to moving houses, i ask them but they should have duplicate of my application i was told they cannot help me, the bad part is my phone is lying in my draws at home not working and i am paying every month by debit order, I cannot wait to cancel my contract with 8ta at the end of January 2014 i do not want their service its shocking i must say, i even when to 8ta East rand Mall for help i was advise to go South gate where I bought the that they check on my application as they had a duplicate of it and that they are lazy to check it for to send my phone for repairs really i never see such a company, you may call me Thalitha on 0844661409 once u have read my complain.
