Cell C Accounts Incompetence

Cell C is my main cellular service provider for personal and business use.
On the 13 of July I did 2 upgrades from 2xR129 to 2xR429 contracts.
I requested that my bank details be changed and provided all necessary documents.
Cell C Norwood put forward my request.
The following month the original account was debited and not the new account number I had provided.
I went in to the branch who claimed they did not have the details of the new account and then I proceeded to supply them with the necessary documents for the second time. At the end of the month the incorrect account was once again debited. I then stopped the debit order and went into the branch and phoned head office, who informed me not only do they see the new bank details but that the original contracts for R129 has not been cancelled and were being debited as well. After phoning the call center to speak to a supervisor twice, being cut off once and being put through to the call rating service. I decided to seek help.
My other contracts in the mean time have been suspended as a result of the inability of Cell C to sort this out 4 months later.
