I have an account under my girlfirends name, however my phone account gets a debit order every month on my bank account which i always make sure i have sufficient funds.
cell c decided (WITH OUT NOTICE) to suspend my account because another account on my girl friends name was not being debit ordered correctly (new account worng bank account details used to debit order) i know that i should have already moved my account to my name, seeing as i earn alot more than what i used to.
after it was decided that the bank account details were incorrect, they then told us that only on monday (today) could this be changed and our lines turned on. i dont understand why i was not informed that my account was being suspended and that after correct details, could our lines be opened again (we had to then wait two days till monday)
i feel agreeved by cell c as i have always been promoting them since they started (im on my 5th two year cycle) and im a soon to be CA (SA) which i plan to use cell c to successfully start my own business.
please advise on using my own name for my account. and how to cancell my iphone contract with you. i will decide depending on the response.i get
