Frustrated with cell c service

I am really frustrated with cell c's service. For the past few months a number that I pay for, for my mum to use has been barred because the account has not been paid. This has happened for the simple reason that I had changed my bank details. I went into the branch which was gateway cell c and gave the change of details to the personnel there expecting my bill to debited. This did not happen as my account details were not updated. I then phoned the call centre 3 times and they were unhelpful. for a mere R50 top up contract I have been given the run around. Twice thereafter to the branch at galleria with no results. Almost two months down the line and no cell line for my mom. Embarrassing for me as a son. I have now given my mom one of my other contracts to use.

cell c's service has wasted my time and has frustrated me.
