Another shocking performance from Cell C Fourways

After visiting the Cel C Fourways branch to change my banking details for the monthly debit order for my 7 contracts, they explained that I have to obtain proof of account from the new bank. I did this after queing for hours and submitted the required documents. They explained that I missed the cut off and the new account number will only be debited as of end November 2013 - Guess what, all the stop order went of the old account!!!

This is not my first submission on Hello Peter - seriously Cell C head office should close this franchise.

I am going to move to Vodacom on Monday.
