Last Tuesday I took out a contract for the very first time. After a few days i noticed my camera did not work, within the 7 days of contract agreement I went back to Vodacom twice within the 7 days complaining about my concern on my new phone, Chris assured me that there is no need to worry about it, it is the memory card from my old phone that is not licensed on the new phone. I was to format my phone and he said I can do it even at home, as I went back, Today (06/12/2013) I told him I tried formatting the phone and it still not working. As he tried at the store as well. Now the 7 days of contract agreement has expired and now I had to sent my phone in for repairs. This does not cut it for me at all, I feel Chris needs to be held responsible as he assured me nothing was wrong with my phone! I insist on a new phone and not within 14 days as I have a business and need a new phone asap!
