Please be informed that I visited the Nashua Mobile shop on 5 August 2013 to request that they downgrade my Anytime 750 to Anytime 100. They informed me that this would only take place on 1 September 2013. I used to pay R1700 each month. When I received my Statement dated 1/9/2013 the account was changed to R350.00 per month, when I received my Statement dated 1/10/2013 Nashua kept the account in order! Receiving my
Statement dated 1/11/2013, I need to pay R1793.00!!! The R100 Anytime was charged PLUS R1452.00 airtime! Nobody from Nashua informed me that I exceeded my R100 anytime! I refuse to pay this amount, I am prepared to pay the R350.00 which Nashua and I agreed upon. Should there be any interruption of service, I will take this matter further.
