I upgrade my handset in August 12, after 2 weeks the phone (Nokia Lumia 620) go on and off the whole time. I took it to MTN Brits. They send it in for repairs after 6 weeks I get the phone back... It does the same thing go's on and off, I phone head office they told me to take it back to MTN BRITS. I took it back for the second time they send the handset in for repairs. After 8 weeks I get the phone back, just to realise it does the same, nothing have been done. I took it back to MTN Brits for the third time in a row and for the same problem. After 6 weeks I get it back and nothing has been done with it. When I phone 808 they told me to take it back to MTN Brits so that they can give me a new phone. I phone them and speak to Joe and told him that the operator told me MTN Brits must give me a new phone. He tells me They will send it in (again) for repair. This is un acceptable. I pay for a phone 5 months now that I dint even use 2 weeks in a row.
