I contacted telkom on Friday the 6th of December as my telephone line was not working properly. This is an on-going problem due to poorly insulated cable, which is made worse by the rain. I received reference number 749CRK061213. Till today, and 2 additional calls later, I have not been contacted to make arrangements to repair the problem permanently. This is very frustrating as we are paying for a service that we are unable to use.
