Bad First Impression!

I finally decided to try Telkom Mobile. I have been with Vodacom for about 15 years.

What a disappointment!!

I went into the store two days ago enquiring about either the Galaxy Note 3 or the Xperia Z1. I was told what I needed to bring in order for me to apply for a contract and that they could supply me with either device.

Today I took all my documentation in so that I could apply for the contract, only to be told that they could not help me and that I would have to come back sometime in January 2014 when they think they should receive stock. I asked if they could not get a device from another store, only to be told that they cannot do that.

I suppose I was foolish enough to think that I should have received any better service from Telkom...

So, I now see that Vodacom seems to still be the best option.
