I went to apply for the Galaxy tab contract for R299 at festival mall Telkom mobile and was asked for my information and documentation which I supplied. Was told to walk around the mall will be called once contract has been approved. I was not called and had to go back to ask and was told I would receive confirmation by the Tuesday. On Monday I was called and told my application was declined and given no reason as to why.

After calling the call centre I was advised to go back and ask why it was declined where I was told the information on Experian and what I handed in did not correspond I must contact Experian to get what wrong which was my physical address. Experian cannot correct that information and is my monthly bill from agent not enough to prove that I am not lying?

I reapplied with the call centre on 10213 and was told I would receive an sms and to this day I have not received the sms and its been over 7 days.

I have a clean credit record and if Telkom mobile does not give contracts to people like me they should say instead of making me run around. I got my sisters and family to sign up with Telkom mobile as I know they have best offers at affordable prices. Bad for me
