Application for Smart Plan 150 with Galaxy Note-2

Last Friday I decided to buy the Samsung Galaxy Note2 on contract (Smart Plan 150) that is available on your website. Went to your store in North Gate Saturday afternoon. Spoke to the gentleman at store & asked him about note-II. He said they don't have it and told me that I should go to a Telkom direct store to get the note II on contract as they don't deal with it at north gate and they don't have stock.

Went to the Telkom direct store at Cresta mall & a gentleman tried to help me with all he can (0114311875). First he said that since note-3 is there they don't sell note 2. Since now note-3 is there why should they keep note-2 was his response. I said that's fine but I cannot afford note-3. Then I asked him to check if any other Telkom store has the stock of this mobile. He called me back now & informed me that none of the Telkom stores he checked with has the stock. Applied online and [Email Removed] called me to tell that they have stock of 2 note-2 IN WAREHOUSE but cann't process my application as I use a passport and don't have ID number. Please help me in getting the note-2 on smaprt plan 150 contract. Thank
