I recently upgraded my contract with MTN to a sony xperia smartphone which was very problematic from the get go. I took it to MTN eastgate, where I upgraded originally, and after everything was explained and shown to Etienne, he spoke to the manager and swapped out my phone. This whole process was quicker than it took to upgrade! I have had no problems with the new handset and am very happy with the service from Etienne.
