Unable to log on

am been having da problem of being unable to log on for some months now. when i call call centre (after waiting for eternity at time- one day i called and was told "u r caller number 5, i ended da call and called abt 45 min later to hear "u r caller num 4"). emails don't get responded to, (although the automatic email response says "will b followed up within 2 hours" am still waiting some 33hours later).
when i do get through then the account is unlocked- it den works and connects for a few hours of max a day den poof its gone, which means i must call back- now who got time for for or money for the calls. i was assured by Zayn on Sunday that passed that the prob is fully resolved but by Monday afternoon it was unable to connect again.
i have spoken to Khalis, adrian, zayn and some others.
i must add my thanks for the free month given but my issue is the problem is not solved for the last few months or so.

all i ask is get my service resorted and let it stay restored.
