Number Closed but billing still high

In reference to complaint that I lodged about a month ago on my number being closed, I still haven't got that number reactivated and I was promised that the number would be active on the next day and now its a month plus still the number is blocked, this really worries me about the way Telkom Mobile handles complaints from the customers!!

Complaint ref number : 7128842 was purely about my cellphone number being reactivated and I got a promising call to say the number will be active within 24 hours, the 24 hours has became more than a month??? someone out there is not doing their jobs right, I am very disappointed honestly.

Is this how Eita handles customer complaints?? I only now will ask for feedback if Eita would be able to reactivate this number or I must look for an alternative option, my life is on hold here and that's not good news I was using that number for business call and now they have totally messed that up!!!
