In process of upgrading a month to month Aita contract to a 24 month contract on number 0825848850 the number was closed!
I was ported from Vodacom in January 2013 when I took my first Aita contract. This happened in a matter of hours. I AM NOT A NEW AITA CUSTOMER!
This time I have been off network since Friday 8 November, basically one week. All I get are empty promises from branch manager at Alberton City and no joy when I approach your call centre. Can't understand problem. I have had Aita sim card for nearly a year and now my number is closed .. all because I was loyal enough to try upgrade? Am becoming desperate as I need my number back. What do I do?
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU CAN"T CONTACT ME ON MY NUMBER 0825848850 AS IT IS OFF NETWORK. Can use an alternate number on spare sim 0780594953. I am desperate!
