I ONCE AGAIN FIND MYSELF STRUGGLING WITH YOUR COMPANY I SO BAD WANT TO GET RID OF. SO PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME WHY YOU DEBITED MY ACCOUNT FOR R216.86 FOR NOV AND ASKING ME TO PAY R190 FOR DEC 2013 WHEN I CLEARLY LEFT YOUR COMPANY ON THE 17 OCTOBER. TO ADD SALT TO WOUND, YOU DISCONNECT MY NUMBER FROM THE PORTAL WHEN YOU TRIED TO PUT IT ON PREPAID LEAVING ME WITH NO NUMBER FOR A WEEK AND NO SERVICE FOR 3 WEEKS. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER - REFUND MY MONEY AND PLEASEEE DELETED ME FROM YOUR ACCOUNTS. I HAVE BEEN WITH VODACOM FROM 11 NOV SO HOW IN THE DO I OWE YOU R216.876 - FOR UR SERVICE, FIX IT
