Very Poor Service- Line activation

My line was suspended by telkom on the basis that it was in arrears. When i checked my statement it shows that there was no debit sent during on the 25 March 2013 by telkom as agreed, but instead on the 29 March. The last time i used the number was around February when i signed up for the contract and never used it again. On 25 April full amount was debited from account. I then tried to make a call and realised that the number was suspended and contaced Telkom for reconnection on monday 29 April. Until today the line is still not yet active. I tried on numerous occassion contacting them on a daily basis to have the number reactivated with no success. I am very dissappointed with the poor service that i am receiving form Telkom and mind you this is the 3rd month i had this contract and i am thinking what the future holds for me for the next 21 months to come. It has been brought to my attention that it is their internal processes that delays the reactivation but i am concerned on why should that affect me. When i spoke to an agent 15 minutes ago that failure to reactivate my number since it has been long i will have to terminate the contract and she threaten that i will pay some fee
